This article serves as general guidelines as to how maintenance and release periods are handled within the platform.

Process Overview

Maintenance and release periods will typically be scheduled in line with standard service agreements:

  • Same day for sandbox environments
  • 5 business days between sandbox and production events to allow for testing and validation
PLEASE NOTE

Notice periods between Sandbox and Production are provided as a courtesy and may not in all cases be able to be adhered to, especially in the case of emergency changes for stability or security reasons.
