Reset your Connected Payments password quickly and securely.

How to Reset Your Password

Reset Steps
- Go to the dashboard login page
- Click Forgot Password? below the login form
- Enter your Username
- Click Request
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the reset link in the email
- Enter your new password (twice)
- Click Set Password

Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within a few minutes.
Reset Steps
- Plan ahead - Resetting an API user password affects all integrations
- Notify your development team
- Follow the same reset steps as dashboard users
- Update all applications using the API with the new password
- Test all integrations
- Monitor API logs for errors
Important
All API requests with the old password will fail immediately after reset. Update your integrations promptly.
If You Haven't Logged In Yet
New users who haven't used their temporary password cannot use password reset.
Solution:
- Contact your user admin
- Admin deletes and recreates your user account
- Check email for new temporary password
- Log in within 3 days
- Set your permanent password

Password Requirements
Your password must have:

| Minimum length | At least 16 characters |
| Numbers | At least 1 number (0-9) |
| Uppercase | At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z) |
| Special characters | At least 1 special character |
