User Role: Admin Manager

The Admin Manager role provides full user management capabilities within your company's hierarchy.

What You Can Do

Create Users

  • Add new users with appropriate roles
  • Assign dashboard and product roles
  • Set up user credentials
  • Configure hierarchy and token silo access

Permissions

Creating a User

1. Navigate to Create User

Admin (sidebar) → Create User

2. Enter User Details

Important

Username, Hierarchy, and Token Silo cannot be changed after creation. If these need to change, you must create a new user.

3. Assign Roles

Token UserCreate and manage tokens, process token payments
tip

Users can have multiple roles simultaneously.

4. Complete Creation

  1. Review all details
  2. Click Create User
  3. User receives welcome email with temporary password
  4. User must change password on first login

Managing Users

View All Users

Admin (sidebar) → All Users

Edit a User

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Click Edit icon
  3. Modify editable fields:
    • Email address
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Roles (add/remove)
    • Status (active/inactive)
  4. Click Save

Reset Password

  1. Click Edit on the user
  2. Click Reset Password
  3. User receives email with temporary password
  4. User must change password on next login

Deactivate a User

  1. Click Edit on the user
  2. Change status to Inactive
  3. Click Save

Effect: User cannot log in but data is retained. Can be reactivated later.

Delete a User

  1. Click Delete icon on the user's row
  2. Confirm deletion
Warning

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Generating User Reports

Access Reports

Reporting (sidebar) → User Report

View User Information

The report displays:

  • Username
  • Email address
  • Assigned roles
  • Hierarchy
  • Token silo
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Last login date

Export Report

  1. Select hierarchy (if applicable)
  2. Click Generate Report (top right)
  3. Report downloads as CSV file

View Different Hierarchies

  1. Look for All Hierarchies dropdown (top right)
  2. Select hierarchy to view

  • Dashboard information
  • Transaction details
  • Users
